Shed Build

This project was pretty extensive. My brother and I both had to routinely reference the code. It’s made of recycled materials. with 240V service, and ethernet.
In the image, I am installing flashing before we install the windows. The flashing prevents water damage to the framing.
On the right. We also rebuilt a Honda transmission, which was quite an endeavor. Basically, one day it wouldn’t shift out of third gear. This resulted in us burning the 3rd gear clutch pack, going up a hill, so we had to replace the clutches for the gear. and it was discovered, a faulty solenoid had caused the non-shift.
You do see how the automatic transmission works, it’s all controlled by fluids. That’s what the small pipes are for.
That car probably has 30 thousand miles on it now; so I guess it’s deemed a success.

Replacing Faulty Sewer Line

We also replaced a sewer line, given the cost we got quoted. I got to learn how to operate an excavator. Which was nice I guess.
Waterblock Fabrication, Soldering

This is a small waterblock I made, out of copper, for my computer’s graphics card. The copper pipe goes over the power circuitry, and the main block goes over the die. I’m not going to lie, soldering my first time, copper pipe. I had to get the hang of it, but hey. It didn’t leak.
I also made a homemade radiator. I am not sure how efficient it was, but I think it did dissipate some heat
